RIWC’s new Digital Literacy & Wellness initiative promotes community engagement and digital inclusion. In partnership with The 519, the program provides both individual and group technical skills training workshops directed towards 2SLGBTQ+ older adults.

The Advocacy Centre for the Elderly (ACE) is a specialty community legal clinic that was established to provide a range of legal services to low-income seniors in Ontario. The legal services include advice and representation to individual and group clients, public legal education, law reform and community development activities. ACE serves people 60 years of age and over in the Greater Toronto Area, and may also provide services to seniors outside of Toronto if the case is of significance to the seniors' community. ACE also works with the local community clinics across the province to provide legal services to seniors living in these other locations. They offer both direct legal services and a directory of resources on seniors' rights, fraud prevention, and financial advice among others.

UpTOSpeed is the for-profit arm of TechServe and they provide tech training and support to seniors. They address users' technology needs by providing instantaneous video and written tutorials, timely telephone and video chat technical support, appointment-based 1 on 1 online lesson, and monthly group online lessons. Users must create an account and pay a fee for services.

Founded in 2020 in response to the COVID-19 Pandemic, TechServe connects tech-savvy millennial volunteers with older adults who just need a little bit of technical help to improve their everyday lives. TechServe is a Canadian non-profit that provides services to older adults through 1-on-1 tech support sessions, workshops in partnerships with older adults’ associations, and a set of online digital literacy resources.
