Parkdale Project Read

Project Read supports adults by providing free literacy services in a supportive community. They work with English-speaking adults who want to learn to read, write, or use basic math or computer skills. In collaboration with a host of community organizations and partners, Parkdale Project Read offers free programs and services including: Financial Literacy, Legal Education, Computer Literacy, Health & Wellness, Driver’s Education, and Election Literacy.
INDIGital Healing Through Technology

Through the INDIGital program, the Indigenous Friends Association is currently delivering a digital literacy curriculum, and using technological-based skills in order to empower Indigenous Peoples in today’s tech labour market. They are also developing a four week program called Queer Digital for BIPOC youth.
