Metro Toronto Movement for Literacy, also known as MTML, is a network of organizations and individuals supporting adult literacy in the Toronto and York Region. While they do not offer an in-house digital literacy program, they offer their own directory of digital literacy resources from reputable adult literacy learning organizations for learners and practitioners.

They have an extensive library of digital literacy programs and resources for parents, teachers, and young people. The majority of their programs help young people to develop their critical media literacy skills.

The City of Kitchener's Tech Connects program is designed to help older adults access devices and improve their digital literacy skills and they offer both tech lending and introductory courses on software and devices. Courses are offered on both an in-person and remote basis and registered program members can take out iPads and Chromebooks for 30-day lending periods.
