Metro Toronto Movement for Literacy, also known as MTML, is a network of organizations and individuals supporting adult literacy in the Toronto and York Region. While they do not offer an in-house digital literacy program, they offer their own directory of digital literacy resources from reputable adult literacy learning organizations for learners and practitioners.
Technology Training for Seniors

This program is for adults 65+ and offers individual and group classes including one-to-one tutoring where seniors will be matched with a tutor who will assist them with their digital learning goals. The provide training with devices, email, social media, fraud awareness, and virus prevention.
Tech Coaches

Tech Coaches provides training and support to older adults learning to use new digital technology. They offer live training sessions on how to use programs like Zoom, Google, iOS, and Windows and written tech guides on specific devices and software. They also provide one-off workshops that educate those who assist older adults with technology, such as community centre workers, librarians, and caregivers
Youth Teaching Adults

Youth Teaching Adults is a free introductory digital literacy program for adult learners, led by youth volunteer-tutors. The program is a collaboration between ABC Life Literacy Canada (ABC) and Youth Empowering Parents (YEP). The two organizations have come together to bring the program to under-served communities across Canada. Workshop materials were developed by YEP, and adapted by ABC into clear language, for use with adult learners. The available resources can be used to lead either remote or in-person workshops and Youth Teaching Adults provides training for groups and organizations seeking to lead workshops
