INDIGital offers Indigenous youth and newcomers five weeks of free online learning about digital literacy, community, and empowerment. They have two different courses that match participants’ different interests and needs.
Overcoming Digital Divides Workshop Series

The Overcoming Digital Divides Workshop Series takes a look at the digital divide highlighted across Canada and is present in a six part workshop series. Each part focuses on a specific theme with a unique concern. Workshops: Indigenous, Remote and Rural Communities, Low-Income Communities, Older Adults and Digital Literacy, People with Disabilities and Accessibility, Public Internet Access, and Youth and Digital Skills.
INDIGital Healing Through Technology

Through the INDIGital program, the Indigenous Friends Association is currently delivering a digital literacy curriculum, and using technological-based skills in order to empower Indigenous Peoples in today’s tech labour market. They are also developing a four week program called Queer Digital for BIPOC youth.
