NEOnet's computer training program for seniors offers volunteer-run workshops to teach various computer skills to seniors. Their updated training materials offer both basic computer skills and more advanced functions such as email and Facebook.

The Saskatoon Council on Aging (SCOA) provides opportunities for older adults to learn to use technology in user-friendly formats. They offer both a free iPad lending library and mentoring programs that connect seniors with young people who provide tech support and digital literacy training. SCOA also offers paid one-on-one lessons for devices and software for seniors.

The City of Kitchener's Tech Connects program is designed to help older adults access devices and improve their digital literacy skills and they offer both tech lending and introductory courses on software and devices. Courses are offered on both an in-person and remote basis and registered program members can take out iPads and Chromebooks for 30-day lending periods.

INDIGital Healing Through Technology

Through the INDIGital program, the Indigenous Friends Association is currently delivering a digital literacy curriculum, and using technological-based skills in order to empower Indigenous Peoples in today’s tech labour market. They are also developing a four week program called Queer Digital for BIPOC youth.
