Kitchener Tech Connects

The City of Kitchener's Tech Connects program is designed to help older adults access devices and improve their digital literacy skills and they offer both tech lending and introductory courses on software and devices. Courses are offered on both an in-person and remote basis and registered program members can take out iPads and Chromebooks for 30-day lending periods.

Connected Canadians is a non-profit with a mandate to reduce isolation and loneliness amongst older adults by promoting digital literacy skills and providing technology training and support. Their goal is to empower people to use technology safely and effectively, to engage with loved ones and enhance quality of life.
